안녕하세요. 캐나다 이민을 신청할 때 만 18세 이후에 아이랜드에 거주했던 기간이 6개월 이상이면, 아일랜드 경찰신원조회(Police certificate of character)를 받으셔야 합니다

절차는 다음과 같습니다.

1, 아일랜드 거주 하셨던 지역의 현재 superintendent (경찰서장) 에게 직접 우편으로, 신원조회를 요청 하셔야 합니다.

내용 안에는, 신청인의 이름, 출생날짜와 장소, 현재 거주하시고 계신 주소, 아일랜드에서 거주하셨던 주소와 신원조회 요청하신 이유(e.g., for a visa application to the Canadian High Commission)라고 쓰시면 되겠습니다, 우표를 붙인 현주소가 적힌 봉투를 같이 포함하셔서 보내시면 되겠습니다.

만약 아일랜드에 사셨던 주소를 모르시면, 전에 사셨던 도시와 타운이름과 함께, Garda Síochána Station 으로 우편발송 하시면 됩니다.

신원조회 요청은 the District Superintendent 으로 전달 될 것입니다.

• the purpose of the request (e.g., for a visa application to the Canadian High Commission); and

   

• a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
